Tip Tuesday! Some Outstanding Considerations for Configuring Autodesk PLM 360
Greetings from sunny, but cold!, Las Vegas. Day one of Autodesk University is kicking off, but I want to share a quick tip from yesterday’s Day 0 PLM gathering. We met with our Customer Advisory Board and I jotted down several tips to share with the rest of the community.
The topic of best practices around notifications led to some great discussion and here’s a good reminder for those of you that rely on the My Outstanding Work on the Dashboard to notify your users of their ‘to-do’ list. There are two places where, as an administrator, you can set whether or not to display items in the My Outstanding Work area. When you initially create a workspace, you can select whether or not records in the workspace will display in My Outstanding Work.
Additionally, you set up the workflow transition notification settings, you can select if you want it to display in the Outstanding Work.
