Tip Tuesday! A New Way to Get the Support You Need for Autodesk PLM 360

Earlier this year, Autodesk launched an improved way for customers to get Technical Support.  Instead of logging into a separate portal, you can get right to the area to log either by going to and logging in with your Autodesk ID or from your tenant.

From within my PLM 360 tenant, I navigate to My Profile under my user name in the upper right corner:


Then if you click on Edit, you’ll go right to your Autodesk Accounts page where you can fill out you profile information, or if you need to log a case, you can go to the Management tab.




If you don’t see the Management tab, that means you aren’t set up for Subscription.


Contact the main PLM admin at your company and they can add you to the account (if you are the main admin, you can visit the Contact Us page and either chat with an agent or submit a request there.)
