The Fusion Lifecycle Services Success Voucher (“the Voucher”) is a pilot program open to qualified Fusion Lifecycle customers in the US and Canada and may be redeemed only with qualified Fusion Lifecycle Specialized Partners. Qualified customers are (1) first-time Fusion Lifecycle customers, who may already be existing Autodesk customers, and (2) existing customers who meet criteria set forth by the Program Manager and shared with Fusion Lifecycle Specialized Partners upon request. All existing customer opportunities will be evaluated on the same criteria.

Fusion Lifecycle products eligible for this pilot are Fusion Lifecycle Enterprise, Fusion Lifecycle Participant and Fusion Lifecycle Pro. The order must include a minimum of five (5) seats. Pilot program details are available on One Team Source (OTS).

Services covered by the Fusion Lifecycle Success Voucher may include implementation, integration, and training services. The Voucher must be used solely for deployment services for new licenses.

The customer must initiate the Voucher redemption process within thirty (30) calendar days of the Voucher issue date. If the redemption process is not initiated, the Voucher will be considered void. All services covered by the voucher must be completed within ninety (90) days after the date on which the Voucher was issued. The Voucher will be void on the ninety-first (91st) day after the Voucher was issued. Exceptions are reviewed on a case by case basis and approval is not guaranteed.

The Voucher is redeemable with a Fusion Lifecycle Specialized Partner only and not valid for any direct Autodesk Consulting engagements. A customer is not eligible for the Voucher if an Autodesk Consulting engagement is part of the initial software package order. If the customer is unable to engage with a qualified Fusion Lifecycle Specialized Partner within the redemption timeframe or if the customer returns the software, the voucher will be considered invalid.

The Voucher is applied to implementation and training services related to new Fusion Lifecycle product(s). If Voucher amount is greater than the value of services, the Voucher balance may not be redeemed for cash or credit and is forfeited.

Partner must submit a copy of the customer invoice as proof of completion within the ninety (90) days of the Voucher issue date. The reimbursement will be credited to a partner’s account on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days from the month in which the proof of completion was submitted and accepted. Alternatively, payments will be made via check if no partner account exists.

As part of the pilot process, Autodesk may survey customers to assess their satisfaction and delivered services experience. Although Autodesk will not make reimbursement of the voucher amount dependent on the survey, partner should encourage their customer to complete the survey.

Any Voucher promotional terms and conditions will be made available via social media channels and/ or Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle pricing page and will denote customer eligibility criteria.
